I bought this in part to be able to use the webcam with skype and connect with overseas family & friends; however, the internal mic doesn't work. I used the Skype recording tester, but it didn't recognize any sound, not did the control panel tester, despite the realtek mic input having been selected and mute ascertained to be OFF. I double and triple checked every possible fix, HELP, Samsung manual, etc. Online search revealed others having problems with the internal mic.
