The keyboard and monitor are superb, and it is so light-weight. The speed and memory are what I am used to in my HP desktop and Sony Vaio laptop. I bought this NC10 based on the glowing online reviews, and it has everything I hoped for.

Just be careful when you boot it for the first time. I clicked YES when I thought it was asking me if I wanted to create a backup (I was thinking of the Restore function). It was really asking me if I wanted to partition the hard drive, so I now have C and D drives. I am using D for memory-hogging photos and videos, and C for the installed programs.

I added a bluetooth mouse and connected a USB 2.0 booster with delightful results. The chubby booster got in the way of my mouse, so I put the booster on an extension cable. Great little netbook!
