I have had my NC10 only a few weeks but couldn't be happier. I did my research on not only Amazon but also CNET and a few techy friends and this Netbook is on the top of many lists. I does exactly what I wanted it to do and more. Great storage space, fast and has many of the bells and whistles of the more powerful devices... GREAT job Samsung!!!
