Just received my laptop/notebook yesterday. There are a few things I didn't know, but not a big deal. For one, this notebook doesn't come with Microsoft office, so be prepared to add on another $100 for this program. Also, it takes some time to get used to the buttons under the mousepad. Remember the left side of the button is like the left side of a mouse and the right side serves as the right button on a mouse. But, once you get used to that, everything works great.
